Which programs we participate in
At launch we are not yet approved by any affiliate program. Links to retailers and manufacturers (for example Drolet, Osburn, Englander, Woodland Direct, Northline Express or Amazon) are plain links, and we earn nothing from them. We will update this page as programs approve us.
We have no affiliate relationship with government agencies, university extension services, code bodies or certification organizations. Links to them are plain links.
How it affects what we write
- Commissions do not decide recommendations. Sizing and safety advice follows the manufacturer’s published specifications, the installation manual and your local code, not commission rates.
- No paid reviews. Companies can’t pay to change a recommendation. Sponsored content, if we ever publish any, will be labeled at the top of the page.
- No testing claims. We compile published specs and manuals; we don’t run our own stove tests.
- You pay the same price. Using our links doesn’t change your price.
